    为掌握江苏近海重要经济鱼种鮸(Miichthys miiuy)幼鱼的摄食特征及其影响因素,揭示其幼鱼时期的摄食策略,为其资源养护与管理提供科学依据。本研究基于2024—2025年在江苏近海采集的865尾鮸幼鱼样品,通过胃含物分析法,系统研究其食物组成、摄食强度及摄食策略,并结合环境因子数据,分析其对摄食习性的影响。结果表明,江苏近海鮸幼鱼摄食的饵料生物包括虾类、鱼类、口足类等8个类群,其中细螯虾(Leptochela gracilisI=22.7%)、日本鼓虾(Alpheus japonicusI=18.7%)、戴氏赤虾(Metapenaeopsis daleiI=18.4%)和口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoriaI=14.3%)为优势饵料种类;鮸幼鱼食性范围较广,营养生态位具有较高的表现型间成分;食物组成存在明显的季节差异,春、秋季鮸幼鱼样品间空胃率差异不显著(P>0.05),而平均胃饱满指数差异极显著(P<0.01);食物组成随体长增长而变化,不同体长组间空胃率差异极显著(P<0.01),而平均胃饱满指数的差异不显著(P>0.05);体长、经纬度、底层水温、底层盐度、溶解氧和pH均会影响鮸幼鱼的摄食习性。研究表明,江苏近海鮸幼鱼具有广食性摄食特征,其摄食习性受发育阶段和环境因子的共同调控。本研究可为江苏近海鮸幼鱼的摄食生态学、食物网营养动力学以及资源增殖与可持续利用提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    This study aimed to characterize the feeding habits of juvenile Miichthys miiuy, an important economic fish species in the coastal waters of Jiangsu, and to identify the factors influencing their feeding ecology, so as to reveal trophic strategies during the juvenile stage and provide a scientific basis for resource conservation and management. Based on 865 juvenile M. miiuy samples collected from the Jiangsu coastal area during 2024-2025, stomach content analysis was applied to systematically investigate diet composition, feeding intensity, and feeding strategy. Environmental factors were also incorporated to analyze their effects on feeding habits. The results showed that the diet of juvenile M. miiuy comprised eight prey categories, including shrimps, fishes, and stomatopods. The dominant prey species were Leptochela gracilisI=22.7%), Alpheus japonicusI=18.7%), Metapenaeopsis daleiI=18.4%), and Oratosquilla oratoriaI=14.3%). The juveniles exhibited a broad feeding spectrum and high phenotypic plasticity in the trophic niche. Diet composition varied significantly between seasons: although the empty stomach rate did not differ significantly between spring and autumn (P>0.05), the average stomach fullness index showed a highly significant difference (P<0.01). Diet composition also shifted with body length: empty stomach rate differed significantly among body-length groups (P<0.01), whereas the average stomach fullness index did not (P>0.05). Body length, geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude), bottom water temperature, bottom salinity, dissolved oxygen, and pH were identified as key factors influencing the feeding habits of juvenile M. miiuy. This study demonstrates that juvenile M. miiuy in Jiangsu coastal waters display generalist feeding characteristics, with feeding habits shaped by both ontogenetic development and environmental conditions. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for understanding the feeding ecology of juvenile M. miiuy, nutrient dynamics in local food webs, and the development of resource enhancement and sustainable utilization strategies.
